Four steps, about ten minutes. After this the system runs the
calendar for you instead of you holding it in your head.
Add your clients. Client Services → Clients → fill the row → Add.
Open a client. Press Open on their row. That is their workspace —
engagements, deliverables, recurring work and their file library.
Set up the work that repeats. In the workspace, Recurring tab.
One rule per monthly deliverable: bookkeeping, payroll, filings. This is the part that saves the most time.
Press Generate due work. Every deliverable for the next three weeks appears,
dated, on this dashboard.
Quotes are optional. If you quote a client first, converting
the approved quote creates the engagement, its projects and its recurring rules in one press.
Nothing in the pipeline. Add a prospect under Marketing & Revenue, or let the website enquiry form fill it.

Onboarding
Client and team onboarding run from templates. Starting one copies the checklist with dated steps.
Start onboarding
Pick a client for client onboarding, or a team member for team onboarding — whichever the template is for.
Both dropdowns stay empty until you have added a client or invited a team member.

Pricing
Reference, not a menu. Work classes define the value and risk of the work; service prices derive from them,
so changing one class rate reprices every service in it. Quotes read from here — you do not need to come to this page to build one.

Service Operations
The SERVQUAL framework, all five dimensions. It measures the gap between what a client
expected and what they perceived — which is what decides whether they stay, not whether the work was done.

A negative gap means we fell short of expectation. That is the number to watch, not the raw score.

Settings
Access levels decide what each role can see and do. Changes apply the next time that person loads the app — and are enforced by the database, not just the screen.
You can view access levels but only the Managing Partner can change them.
Create a new access level
Levels you create can be renamed or deleted at any time.
Built-in levels can be renamed and re-permissioned but not deleted, and a level in use cannot be removed
until its people are moved.
What each level can do
Per-person overrides
Give one person something their role does not normally have, or take it away. Blank means "follow the role".

Install on your phone
iPhone: open this page in Safari, tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen". Android: open in Chrome, tap the ⋮ menu, then "Install app" or "Add to Home screen".
It then opens full-screen with the Accere icon, like any other app. Sign-in is remembered per device.

Put config.js in the same folder as this page and open it in any
text editor. It holds exactly two lines — your project URL and your anon public key, both from
Supabase → Project Settings → API:
Then run accere-intranet-schema.sql in the Supabase SQL editor.
You do this once. When a new version of this page arrives,
drop it in beside your existing config.js — the page reads the file, so your
settings are never overwritten and nobody is asked for a key again.
